* Ensure operation and maintenance of infrastructure and the V.tal transport and IP backbone network in the Chapecó and western Santa Catarina region, maintaining excellence in service levels and maximizing transport network availability. * Act as a multi-skilled technician in operation and maintenance activities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operation and maintenance of the Transport Network (Transmission and Optical Fiber) and DATA in the Chapecó/SC region, aiming to maximize system availability at appropriate costs, ensuring quality and availability of the V.tal network for external and internal customers; * Daily review of performance indicators (productivity/offenders/performance); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Transport Network equipment (SDH, PDH, DWDM, OTN) and DATA equipment (routers, switches, etc.); * Monitor tele-supervision systems for the Transport Network and DATA areas; * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance routines for the Energy and Climate Control infrastructure in the region; * Respond to corrective events to restore climate control, power, and generator set systems, thereby preventing infrastructure unavailability; **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecom Engineering or related fields; * Solid knowledge of Transport Network elements, including OTN/DWDM/POTN equipment; * Intermediate knowledge of IP network systems and elements, such as routers and switches; * Basic knowledge of climate control systems; * Basic knowledge of AC/DC power systems; * Basic knowledge of generator set systems; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work on on-call shifts and outside regular business hours; * Driver’s license category B. **Additional information** Benefits: * Meal allowance and/or food voucher * Transportation voucher * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Private pension plan * Profit-sharing program (PPR) * Pharmacy allowance * Daycare allowance * Flexible working hours * V.tal Benefits Club * Extended maternity leave (6 months) * Extended paternity leave (20 days) Work location: * *Please provide full address, including state (UF).* * *100% in-person work model* **We are V.tal, a company born with the purpose of enabling connection to the digital world and transforming people’s lives.** We work to help position Brazil among the most digitally advanced countries globally, promoting digital inclusion, driving new businesses, and stimulating regional development.
