Clarify technical questions related to the system; Document and formalize completed steps with the Project Management team and the client; Test routines with errors and direct them toward correction task creation; Deliver internal training and develop tests for the team; Perform parameterization in client databases during internal schedules; Monitor the entire process from employee onboarding to payroll calculation, including payroll closure in eSocial when necessary; Perform data import and verification via XML/Conversion; Contribute suggestions for improvements in implementation processes and system usage.
