Job Summary: Professional responsible for supervising service posts, covering staff absences, adjusting staffing levels, providing operational support, and assisting with administrative and training activities. Key Highlights: 1. Operational supervision and management of security and cleaning services 2. Team support and training, with focus on standard operating procedures 3. Participation in procurement processes and deployment of service posts OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR FOR THE CHAPECÓ REGION . Conduct supervision at service posts (Security and Cleaning); · Cover daily operational staff absences; · Adjust staffing levels as needed, applying disciplinary sanctions if required; · Provide operational support with essential products and materials for service post activities; · Manage control of weapons and military-grade equipment at service posts; · Participate in hiring processes for new employees, if necessary; · Conduct operational interviews to fill staffing vacancies, if necessary; · Assist in the deployment of new service posts; · Assist in performing administrative duties inherent to the position (attendance records, shift schedules, signatures, etc.) .
