Main responsibilities: * Registration of Incoming Invoices * Basic knowledge of Taxes, Real Profit Regime; * Accounting integration and verification; * Accounting entries recorded by Cost Center; * Registration of Incoming Invoices; * Issuance of Outgoing Invoices (Returns and Other Movements); * Verification of Incoming and Outgoing Invoices; * Support users in issuing Invoices (Billing); * Support users in tax department processes; * Reconciliation of accounting transactions related to Tax, Asset, Liability and Income Statement accounts; * Calculation of Taxes ICMS, IPI, ISSQN, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, IRPJ and CSLL; * Ancillary obligations with the Tax Authorities at Municipal, State and Federal levels, such as: * DIME, DCIP, DCTF Web, DCTF Monthly, DIRF, MIT, EFD ICMS/IPI SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions SPED PIS and COFINS, EFD Reinf SPED Federal Revenue * Balance Sheet/Trial Balance closing; * Income Statement closing; Requirements and skills: * Education: Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting Sciences or Business Administration. * Desired experience in tax and accounting routines, administrative processes, skills with Office suite. * Basic accounting knowledge * Basic understanding of taxes and tax area * Proactivity, punctuality, organization, concentration, patience, responsibility.
