About the role You will be responsible for supporting the **5G mobile technology upgrade**, performing the replacement of base controllers, RF, MW, and antennas, as well as fiber cable routing, jumper replacement, and grounding. Work will take place across various site types, rooftops, building tops, and towers between 20 and 50 meters high, requiring technical preparedness and readiness for working at heights. **What we expect from you:** * Experience in **working at heights** and under adverse conditions. * Familiarity with **installation equipment** (cranes, ropes, PPE, etc.). * Knowledge of **network and antenna management software** (NMS, EMS, among others). * Ability to **install, configure, and test 5G mobile phone antennas**. * Technical degree in **Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields**. * Experience in **installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment** (antennas, radios, optical fiber). * Knowledge of **mobile networks** (4G, 5G, LTE). * Experience with **testing tools and equipment** (spectrum analyzers, signal level meters, etc.). * Understanding of **communication protocols** (TCP/IP, HTTP, among others). **How you work** * Collaborates with the team, demonstrating **commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail**. * Works with focus on **safety, quality, and delivery**.
