From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- **In Controlling** * Ensure accuracy and integrity of managerial and accounting information for the unit. * Consolidate and analyze results, variances, industrial costs, and performance indicators. * Support the budgeting process (budget, forecast, and projections). * Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX regulations, and corporate policies. * Act as a strategic partner to business areas by providing analyses and recommendations for decision-making. **In Facilities** * Coordinate general service routines, infrastructure, building maintenance, asset security, and non-industrial utilities. * Ensure contract efficiency and adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives, well-being, safety, and cost optimization. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. **Desired Qualifications** ------------------------- * Solid experience in Controlling, Cost Management, Finance, or related areas. + Experience leading teams. + Knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools will be considered a plus.
