Product traceability assurance and system data feeding **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Contribute to production information control and reliability by performing production data entry and verification, identifying deviations, waste, and bottlenecks in the manufacturing process. Support supervisors in daily yield analysis and incident logging, ensuring product traceability and accurate feeding of production systems and indicators. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform daily production data entry and verification, ensuring consistency of data recorded in the system. * Adjust production data entries according to production days, considering correct production times and dates (units/kg). * Ensure verification of productive time and production stoppages by comparing physical Production Orders (POs) with system-recorded information. * Verify consumption, scrap, and usage of raw materials, packaging, and components through item-by-item validation. * Calculate actual production quantity versus expected yield. * Calculate required input versus actual consumption. * Adjust raw material and component consumption in the system when necessary. * Feed and update control spreadsheets related to consumption, yield, bonuses, and consumption justifications for the factory. * Update production indicator spreadsheets, contributing to operational performance monitoring. * Log undesirable incidents identified during the production process and support identification of failures, waste, and bottlenecks. * Ensure traceability of production orders and products throughout the production process. * Send e-mails containing information regarding daily production closing. * Assist colleagues and supervisors with questions related to production data entry. * Report issues related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to responsible personnel. * Stay updated on the Food Safety Policy and understand how their activities contribute to achieving established objectives. **Requirements:** **Education** * Completed high school. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields is considered a plus. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Familiarity with administrative routines and data control. * Knowledge of production control and production order data entry is a plus. * ERP or production control system experience is desirable. **Experience** Prior experience in administrative routines, production control, PCP, or related areas is considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Information organization and control. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Logical reasoning and numerical aptitude. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Teamwork capability. **Benefits:** Internal benefits, Corporate mobile phone, Food basket, Parking, Profit sharing, On-site meals, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
