




Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing continuous improvement projects, with emphasis on reducing operational anomalies such as losses, damages, and other logistical deviations. Provide support to business units and corporate departments, and conduct data-driven strategic analyses to contribute to the company’s operational excellence and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, structure, and implement continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing damages, losses, and operational anomalies. * Identify opportunities across the logistics chain and propose preventive and corrective actions aligned with the department’s strategic plan. * Apply agile methodologies and problem-solving techniques (FCAR, PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Kaizen, etc.). * Prepare, lead, and present projects, executive reports, and corporate materials containing results, KPIs, and action plans. * Conduct strategic analyses based on operational, historical, and trend data from the area. * Build and monitor strategic indicators for the Solutions area. * Support the creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Provide technical support to owned and third-party units, ensuring alignment with the Company’s processes, standards, and best practices. * Conduct on-site visits to units for operational diagnostics, follow-ups, training, and project support (travel availability required). * Collaborate closely with corporate departments: Operations, Commercial, Fleet, Quality, Finance, Legal, and other teams. * Design and deliver in-person and online training on processes, KPIs, improvements, loss prevention, and technical guidelines. * Support the development and maintenance of manuals, work instructions, and SOPs for the area. * Interact with all units, hierarchical levels, and internal departments of the company. * Engage with customers, insurers, and public agencies at all levels when necessary. * Contribute to enhancing customer experience through preventive actions and accurate analyses. * Support the Solutions area in deploying the strategic plan and managing goals. * Assist in analyzing the area’s budget (basic knowledge required). * Perform other duties related to the position as required by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed postgraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Quality Management, Agile Methodologies, or related fields; * Experience in the logistics sector, preferably in less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation; * Driver’s License: Category B and availability for travel; **Additional Information** With **30 years** of experience in the transportation market, we recognize our commitment across multiple dimensions—social, environmental, and economic.
