Responsibilities and Duties ✅ **Represent Tiscoski/Braveo in commercial activities with major retailers**, as assigned within your designated customer portfolio. ✅ **Conduct in-person visits following a pre-established route**, adhering to working hours and closing sales in alignment with departmental objectives and targets. ✅ **Implement merchandising actions at the point of sale**, aligned with strategies and practices of supplier and industry partners. ✅ **Strengthen customer relationships**, fostering solid, long-term partnerships. ✅ Monitor the entire sales process—from order placement through delivery and payment—to ensure successful completion of each negotiation. ✅ Proactively manage post-sales activities, providing support and solutions whenever necessary. ✅ **Provide personalized customer service**, identifying their needs and offering comprehensive guidance on available products to ensure correct application and optimal utilization. Requirements and Qualifications - Completed high school education; - Prior experience in commercial roles—preferably external sales in retail—is desirable; - Negotiation, persuasive communication, and sales closing skills are desirable; - Strong communication abilities and ease in building customer relationships; - Organizational and disciplined approach to following visit routes and meeting established targets; - Results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus; - Basic proficiency in digital tools and sales applications; - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is desirable; - Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for daily travel (using personal vehicle, per company policy); - Proactive approach to post-sales activities and efficient resolution of customer requests.
