**Job Summary:** We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills to support and execute action plans of the Excellence Program. The role will be responsible for supporting teams, monitoring results, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the implementation of quality practices and continuous improvement. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring and executing action plans of the Excellence Program; * Implementing and monitoring quality management tools; * Participating in alignment meetings and performance review sessions; * Delivering presentations and training sessions for managers and teams; * Ensuring implementation and maintenance of the 5S program; * Accompanying the sales team on field visits; * Promoting continuous improvement initiatives and team development. **What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with people; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Personal vehicle; * Willingness to travel. **Still unsure whether Maná Broker is a great place to work?
