Come be part of our universe and write your story with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prospecting new clients / entering new markets; * Participating in Commercial Planning—developing the 3G Plan (3 generations: past, present, future); * Pipeline management; * Issuing Media Scheduling Spreadsheets; * Developing and assembling Briefings for proposals; * Interacting with internal departments regarding the client negotiation process; * Managing client portfolios; * Resolving conflicts and overcoming client objections; * Pre- and post-sales client follow-up; * Visiting clients and agencies and holding meetings; * Representing the Company at requested social, client, and agency events; * Updating CRM tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role; * Knowledge of sales techniques, rapport building, and consultative selling; * Negotiation skills; * Experience in B2B enterprise sales; * Dynamism; * Proactivity; * Experience in prospecting and managing client portfolios; * Driver’s license: Category B; * Personal vehicle. **Additional Information** What you gain by joining our group: * Meal allowance; * Fuel assistance; * Health insurance—Unimed; * Wellhub partnership; * Sesc partnership; * Discount at Clube NDmais; * Life insurance; * Guia da Alma—online therapy platform.
