Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and maintaining the corporate logistics infrastructure, ensuring high information reliability and strategic support to the less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation operation. Responsible for planning, controlling, and maintaining the corporate logistics infrastructure, ensuring high information reliability and strategic support to the less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation operation. Conduct advanced operational performance analyses, feasibility studies, and structural reviews of routes and connections, contributing to the efficiency, sustainability, and balance of the company’s corporate-level logistics network. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct advanced analyses of logistics networks, evaluating medium- and long-term structural impacts on costs, service levels, capacity, and operational resilience. * Maintain, validate, and govern logistics infrastructure data within corporate systems. * Develop, analyze, and interpret strategic performance presentations, reports, and dashboards using analytical tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI). * Identify critical operational deviations (e.g., recurring connection losses, low vehicle occupancy, excessive use of extra vehicles, failure to meet travel time targets) and lead the definition of corrective actions. * Proactively collaborate with corporate departments, branches, distribution centers (DCs), third-party units, and partners, adopting a technical posture and professional communication style. * Advise managers and leadership on strategic decision-making by translating complex analyses into clear recommendations, including risk and impact assessments. * Monitor and analyze strategic KPIs related to logistics infrastructure data accuracy, on-time delivery and SLA compliance, reduction of operational deviations, vehicle occupancy rates, and average lead time. * Experience operational routines firsthand through on-site visits, contributing practical and systemic insights to continuous improvement. * Contribute to the team’s technical development, elevating analytical capability and departmental maturity. * Support the area’s budget planning process, ensuring alignment with goals established in the company’s strategic plan. * Report to direct and/or indirect leaders on area processes, projects, and action plans—as well as challenges and needs—to sustain results and business continuity. * Disseminate Expresso São Miguel’s purpose, vision, and values across the unit, reinforcing company culture and achievement of organizational strategic objectives. * Disseminate updates on corporate policies, processes, and other directives issued by the company’s corporate office and board of directors. * Stay updated on trends in methodologies and technological innovations relevant to the role and industry needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing postgraduate studies in logistics, production engineering, administration, or related fields. * Experience in operational planning, less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation, and/or logistics control. * Knowledge of data and indicator analysis, agile methodology tools, quality tools, route optimization, and negotiation.
