We are seeking committed professionals willing to grow in their careers. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Availability for travel. * Availability for housing and staying in company accommodation. * Job type: permanent CLT contract. ***WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:*** * Completed elementary education. * Experience in the role is required. ***SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Operate drilling and soil/rock cutting equipment, electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic; * Prepare the work site and inspect the operational conditions of equipment prior to activities; * Perform daily preventive maintenance, such as lubrication (grease/oil), bolt tightening, and basic adjustments; * Sharpen and inspect drilling rig components, ensuring proper operation and safety; * Operate specific equipment for concrete removal when necessary; * Carry out rock and concrete structure demolition using breakers and/or expansive grout; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at the worksite. **Support Activities:** * Install anchors, rock bolts, anchor bars, and tiebacks; * Install metal mesh for soil nailing; * Perform slope cleaning and trimming; * Install lifelines for working at heights; * Assemble scaffolding structures; * Assist in grouting operations (material preparation, transportation, and mixer operation); * Help with tying, loading, and unloading materials and equipment; * Support site signage, organization, and dismantling of construction areas; * Perform other job-related tasks as directed by supervisors. ***BENEFITS:*** * Company-provided meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); * Accommodation in company lodging; * Life insurance.
