These tasks may involve working in deboning rooms, slaughter areas, packaging lines, dispatch, and sanitation—always following safety, quality, integrity, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * **Supporting the production process:** * Sorting materials, inputs, and finished products, and assisting in product transfer. * **Operating equipment:** * Using cutting machines, packaging equipment, and other production machinery when duly qualified (trained) and authorized by the company. * **Cleaning and sanitation:** * Maintaining workplace organization, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and production areas. * **Quality control:** * Inspecting finished products and packaging, and maintaining quality control throughout production. * **Packaging:** * Packaging products with plastic film, labeling, and directing them onto production conveyor belts. * **Cutting and preparation:** * Performing general cuts, removing viscera and organs, cleaning carcasses, and trimming excess fat. * **Safety and hygiene:** * Following occupational safety and hygiene rules and procedures.
