We are looking for someone who is **quick, organized, detail-oriented**, and skilled in working with **numbers and spreadsheets**. **Responsibilities** * Conduct **incoming and outgoing merchandise verification** (quantity, expiration date, model, and integrity). * Assist in **order picking and packing** for shipment. * Monitor and update **physical and system-based inventory**. * Complete and maintain **control spreadsheets** (inventory, stocktaking, stockouts, and discrepancies). * Support **periodic stocktaking** and identification of variances. * Ensure **sector organization and cleanliness**, adhering to 5S practices. * Assist the supervisor with **administrative tasks**: labels, delivery manifests, invoices, and reports. * Report inconsistencies and maintain clear communication with the team. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Experience in logistics, inventory, or checking (preferred). * **Strong numerical aptitude** and logical reasoning skills. * **Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency** (spreadsheets, filters, sum, count, verification). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and punctuality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with warehouse management and shipping systems (WMS). * Knowledge of the Japanese **5S methodology** for organization. * Familiarity with automotive parts and lubricants. * Ability to develop **automated spreadsheets** to support departmental operations. * Experience in stocktaking and advanced verification procedures. **What We Offer** * An organized work environment and strong team collaboration. * Training and support for professional development, courses, and certifications. * Opportunities for growth across all company departments. * Competitive salary above market standards. * Meal allowance: BRL 430.00 * Health insurance based on tenure.
