




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Full availability of working hours; * Active Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) registration. * Substitutes pharmacists at branches during vacations, days off, or leave, including in other cities, as requested; * Receives medical prescriptions and dispenses medications, instructing customers on their proper use; * Completes customer service by charging for products/medications; * Manages inventory control and dispensing of controlled medications, based on medical prescriptions; * Authorizes discounts on products for customers; * Resolves occasional issues with health insurance plans, credit cards, fiscal cancellations, sales returns, and other store activities; * Manages staff, monitoring work schedules and delegating tasks; * Assists in implementing the 5S program at the branch, ensuring compliance; * Conducts cash register counts, reconciling system values with physical cash to prevent discrepancies; * Completes temperature control spreadsheets for the store, refrigerator, and psychotropic drugs room, ensuring temperatures comply with health surveillance regulations; * Verifies batch numbers of psychotropic and antibiotic medications, confirming that the physical product batch matches the batch recorded in the system and on the distributor’s invoice, requesting correction letters for batches when necessary; * Prepares reports of incoming invoices for psychotropic and antibiotic medications; * Cross-checks medical prescription reports to verify whether dispensed medications align with prescribed medical instructions, and subsequently submits the file to the National Controlled Products Management System (SNGPC); * Performs weekly balances of psychotropic and antibiotic medications, printing a report from the Back Office system and verifying whether inventory matches the report; * Conducts monthly reviews of the aforementioned balances, identifying potential inventory discrepancies for medications and products; * Adjusts, via system, any discrepancies identified upon receipt of orders, when necessary; * Administers injectables when working at Drogaria Catarinense; * Performs ear piercing, using appropriate instruments such as an ear-piercing gun, when working at Drogaria Catarinense. 2512190202551580586
