Requires completion of elementary education and experience in reception/security THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Doorman **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal/voucher allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. The required qualifications must be proven by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN RECEPTION AND/OR SECURITY ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the desired position (only if the CTPS job title matches that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
