With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and, today, have expanded our operations and created diverse solutions across Brazil through the six companies that comprise our Group—positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector benchmark. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical reference for branches on Controller-related processes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and corporate guidelines; * Advise branch managers on business and profitability management by analyzing local income statements (DREs) and identifying improvement opportunities; * Identify deviations in processes and results, proposing mitigation measures and corrective action plans; * Train, develop, and support teams by transferring knowledge on cost processes and Controller practices; * Implement budgetary expenditure control and payment approval processes, promoting financial discipline and transparency; * Guide locations on operational team planning and productivity management, balancing cost, quality, and time in service delivery; * Lead monthly meetings with operations managers, conducting performance analyses and supporting the planning and monitoring of corrective action plans; * Plan and monitor business plans for the Group’s owned units; * Conduct cost audits across departments, based on historical data and process-specific variables; * Participate in meetings involving the Controller area, analyzing situations, proposing actions, and informing the team about decisions made. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills; * Advanced proficiency in Excel. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Meal Allowance; * On-site Meals; * Wellhub; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance.
