Analysis of results and assurance of efficiency in action plans Manage the budget of the People Management Directorate, ensuring compliance with cost policies and controls, thereby contributing to the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define the budget planning for the People Management Directorate jointly with immediate management and monitor actual performance, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic planning targets; * Perform cost accounting, budgeting, and establish strategies to resolve issues, directing efforts toward resource optimization and increased contribution margin; * Administer the Personnel Roster platform to monitor actual labor usage against projected budget; * Serve as a key user in budget management of people management accounting accounts, ensuring correct usage by respective departments; * Develop the budget review plan, disseminating strategy and negotiating with cost center and account managers; * Act as a change agent in pre\-established calculation methodologies, proposing improvements to calculation formats and tools; * Analyze budgeted versus actual results according to cycle closures (monthly, semi\-annual, and annual), contact relevant departments, and ensure action plan efficiency to prevent recurrence of result deviations; * Analyze the macroeconomic scenario for future revenue and expenditure forecasts, considering the specific characteristics of each account; * Develop and disseminate updates to policies, processes, and other corporate and directorate guidelines; * Stay current on trends and technological innovations within the field of expertise and sector needs; * Follow implemented workplace policies, standards, and procedures, and contribute to their continuous improvement; * Comply with and respect standard operating and occupational safety procedures at the company and third\-party establishments (clients). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in controllership and/or cost management; * Experience in controllership and/or budgeting; * Knowledge of KPIs, income statement (DRE) and balance sheet analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cost and budget management, quality tools, and basic project management concepts; * Intermediate and/or advanced Excel skills.
