People Development **Mandatory Educational Requirements:** * High school diploma (completed or currently pursuing); **Desirable Educational Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Process Management; **Desirable Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of profile assessment; * Knowledge of organizational culture; * Knowledge of interviews; * Knowledge of resume screening; * Knowledge of performance evaluation; * Knowledge of climate surveys; * Knowledge of employee retention; * Knowledge of people development; * Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law); * Knowledge of ISO 9001; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of ERP systems and software; **Desirable Experience:** * 1 year in the field; **Responsibilities:** Perform support services in the human resources area. Interact with suppliers and clients, providing and receiving information regarding products and services; handle various documents, complying with all necessary procedures related to them. Work in resource acquisition, planning and implementing resource acquisition strategies and contacting donors/partners. Assist in the recruitment and selection process. Guide candidates through required procedures for hiring; assist in interview processes, resume evaluation, and profile analysis; assist in onboarding processes; assist in training and people development.
