




Job Summary: The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for recording, analyzing, and reconciling accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance, as well as providing customer service and support. Ensuring accounting compliance Your primary mission in this role will be to record, analyze, and reconcile accounting transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial information and compliance with legal regulations. **As an Accounting Analyst, your responsibilities will include:** * Providing technical support and addressing customers' accounting-related inquiries; * Importing, recording, and reconciling accounting entries; * Preparing and conducting detailed analysis of financial statements; * Calculating direct and indirect taxes based on financial results; * Generating and submitting departmental tax declarations; * Participating in the monthly and annual accounting closing processes; * Conducting critical analysis to ensure accounting compliance and identify inconsistencies; * Performing other accounting-related tasks. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (completed or currently pursuing); * **Experience with accounting routines**, including journal entries, reconciliations, accounting closings, and preparation of financial statements; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); * Computer literacy and experience with administrative routines; * Commitment to deadlines and deliverables; * Agility, attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM (or 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM).
