Support in goal deployment and sales force sizing **Main Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and analyze commercial and market data, ensuring data quality and supporting strategic decision-making. * Monitor commercial performance indicators, forecast, and operational results, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and managerial analyses using BI tools, transforming data into business insights. * Support commercial goal deployment, territory analysis, and sales force sizing. * Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and franchise teams to align information, processes, and network performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Agronomy, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Experience in BI, data analysis, or related areas. * Willingness to work in Chapecó/SC.
