Job Summary: Ensure compliance with accounting routines, perform account analysis and reconciliation, guarantee the integrity of financial statements, and support managerial decision-making. Supports audits and process improvement Ensure the accurate execution and compliance of the company's accounting routines through account analysis, classification, and reconciliation, ensuring that accounting records adequately reflect the organization's financial reality in accordance with applicable accounting standards and established deadlines, thereby contributing to the integrity of financial statements and supporting managerial decision-making. Accounting Entries \- Execute and review medium- and high-complexity accounting entries, ensuring technical accuracy; Account Reconciliation – Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts, identifying and correcting discrepancies; Accounting Closing – Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and information quality; Financial Result Calculation – Support the calculation of financial and operational results, assisting with reports and analyses for management; Audit Support – Prepare documentation and respond to internal and external audits, providing necessary information and clarifications; Expense and Revenue Classification – Analyze and correctly classify accounting entries according to the chart of accounts and accounting standards (CPC, IFRS); Support to Related Departments – Collaborate with departments such as tax, finance, and controller’s office to align information and processes; Variance Analysis – Identify and analyze significant variances in accounting accounts, proposing adjustments or technical explanations; Process Improvement – Suggest and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls; Technical Updates – Stay current with accounting, tax, and ancillary compliance requirements impacting accounting.
