We are an accounting firm specialized in the healthcare sector, and our goal is to ensure that clinics and physicians receive impeccable and strategic tax management. **Key Responsibilities** * **Invoice Issuance:** Issue service invoices (NFS\-e) for medical service providers across various municipalities. * **R-Factor Monitoring:** Calculate and monitor monthly payroll-to-revenue ratios to ensure proper classification under Annex III of Simples Nacional (rather than Annex V). * **Tax Entries:** Assist with importing and verifying tax documents and bookkeeping entries. * **Tax Calculation:** Support tax calculation for Simples Nacional and assist with basic ancillary obligations. * **Client Support:** Address specific client inquiries from the medical field regarding invoice issuance and taxation. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or currently enrolled in such a program. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with Simples Nacional; experience calculating the R-Factor is preferred. * **Profile:** Exceptional organizational skills (we operate under strict deadlines) and strong communication abilities to interact effectively with medical professionals. * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in accounting firms or with accounting management systems (e.g., Domínio, Alterdata, Senior, etc.). **What We Offer** * Competitive market-rate salary. * Meal allowance. * Career development path in a highly specialized field (Medical Accounting). **Working Hours** Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
