Maintenance of workplace organization and cleanliness **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Unload trucks; * Perform grain drying processes and operate dryer equipment; * Feed the furnace with firewood; * Load trucks; * Clean pits, elevators, and silos, as well as internal and external areas of the facility; * Assist in grain receiving, classification, treatment, and dispatch processes; * Conduct grain sampling procedures; * Assist in scale operations (grain weighing); * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness for task execution; * Store grains in designated facilities; **General Responsibilities:** * Comply with company occupational health and safety and information security policies (use of PPE); * Adhere to applicable legislation, standards, procedures, and internal regulations; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; Use company-provided financial resources rationally. * **Requirements:** * Incomplete Elementary Education. * Reside in the city where the job is located. **Benefits:** Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
