This activity will provide interaction with various departments and processes across the company, contributing to your growth and learning. Join this team! **\#JoinRandoncorp \#JoinRandonChapecó** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main responsibilities and duties of the position:** * Monitor production processes, maintaining contact with interface departments at the unit and headquarters, identifying pending items and/or operational difficulties; * Perform time-motion analysis of processes, monitoring production activities and keeping time tables and historical records updated; * Develop and/or maintain updated work station instructions; * Support layout changes, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity requirements; * Maintain process systems and databases up to date, including manufacturing routings, operational parameters, standard times, and production capacities; * Suggest and/or implement process improvements; * Perform additional tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor; * Support continuous improvement projects (Lean, waste reduction, productivity and efficiency enhancement); * Support development of new material sources, participate in polymeric material testing, qualification of new inputs, and supplier evaluation; * Prepare, consolidate, and present process performance indicators to support decision-making. * Support Process and Quality Engineers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in fields relevant to this position; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Preferred qualifications:** * Technical qualification and/or proven experience in polyurethane injection processes is desirable. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Shift 1 \- 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
