We have an opportunity for a **Junior Production Programming Analyst in Trailers!**

**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:**
* **Be responsible for programming and controlling production lines** (pre-assembly and final assembly) of road vehicles, analyzing production orders scheduled in the computerized system in conjunction with constraints related to production capacity, labor, and other involved processes, to execute the planned schedule;
* **Release the production process**, analyzing planning and production programming parameters, performing specific routines in the computerized system, verifying production orders, aiming to meet scheduled demands;
* **Analyze programming adherence and delivery deadlines for production lines**, participating in meetings, comparing planned vs. actual performance, identifying causes related to the area—including processes, raw material constraints, production capacity—and developing action plans to implement solutions and improvements in the production process and meet customer deadlines;
* **Prepare, consolidate, and present information regarding capacity vs. demand within the established time interval**, facilitating and accelerating decision-making in advance to support the company’s strategy;
* **Analyze inventory of products under development in your area of responsibility**, generating and/or entering information into the computerized system to ensure inventory accuracy and production sequencing;
* **Perform follow-up on programming**, verifying adherence, identifying pending items, and prioritizing demands to meet production requirements;
* **Carry out additional duties assigned to the position**, of lesser nature and complexity, following the request of your immediate supervisor and/or internal needs;
* **Be responsible for rework orders originating from QM Notes**, entering material and other resource information into the computerized system to ensure their completion within the established deadline.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:**
* Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
* Certification in Inventory Management;
* Certification in PPCP — Production Planning, Programming, and Control.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* SAP knowledge;
* Power BI knowledge;
* Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (advanced Excel is a plus).
