If you enjoy customer service, sales, and hospitality, this role is for you! **Full Job Description** The Hotel Reservation Agent is responsible for managing the hotel’s reservations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in customer service. This role directly handles guest relations—providing information, negotiating rates, and supporting the property’s commercial strategies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and online systems; * Processing, modifying, and canceling reservations; * Providing information on rates, availability, policies, and services; * Monitoring occupancy and demand; * Offering upgrades and additional services; * Updating data in the system; * Liaising with front desk, sales, and finance departments; * Resolving inquiries and requests courteously and promptly. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is a plus); * Experience in customer service within the hospitality industry; * Basic computer skills; * Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is desirable; * Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation. **Desired Competencies** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commercial mindset and results orientation; * Proactivity and agility; * Courtesy and empathy in customer interactions; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Working Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts compensated via time bank.
