Come here, achieve, **where novelty lives**. **Responsibilities and duties** * **Monitor and evaluate the store's overall conditions**, including layout, pricing, and environment organization; * **Analyze managerial information** and unit performance indicators; * **Monitor individual results** of each salesperson, identifying areas for improvement; * **Evaluate credit and collections results**, ensuring the store's sound financial performance; * **Identify difficulties in team development** and propose corrective and improvement actions; * **Train, guide, and provide continuous feedback** to employees under their responsibility; * **Supervise and monitor** marketing activities carried out in the store; * **Plan, discuss, and define sales strategies** and actions together with the team; * **Seek new opportunities and alternatives for growth** and strengthening of the store; * **Identify and develop new talents** in the cities where the company operates; * **Conduct daily and weekly meetings** to communicate marketing actions, results, and goals; * **Perform daily and monthly inventory counts**, ensuring data accuracy; * **Carry out cash audits** and ensure compliance with financial procedures; * **Monitor delivery, assembly, and technical support processes**, ensuring customer satisfaction; * **Support salespeople** on the sales floor whenever necessary; * **Perform store opening and closing**, ensuring proper operational functioning; * **Supervise and verify the loading and unloading of goods**. **Requirements and qualifications** Minimum education: Completed High School Preferred: Completed Higher Education.
