We offer services aimed at optimizing people management and organizational development. **What will you do in this role?:** Plan and execute pavement and earthwork projects, covering all phases from initial studies to project completion. Develop technical designs and detailed specifications for asphalt pavement, CBUQ, rigid pavements, drainage, and earthworks. Monitor and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and budgets. Conduct quality control of materials and executed services through inspections and laboratory testing. Manage on-site teams, coordinating professionals such as surveyors, site supervisors, and machine operators. Analyze earthwork projects to optimize cut-and-fill volumes and manage soil movement. Prepare technical reports and monitor project performance indicators. Assess environmental impacts and implement mitigation measures. Interact with suppliers for material procurement, request quotations, and control quality. Assist in inspections for phase approvals during construction. Review documentation required for project approvals and for approving changes during execution.
