Check out this opportunity and \#JoinTranspoTech! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule and monitor periodic (preventive) equipment inspections; * Coordinate and track the execution of corrective maintenance swiftly to minimize downtime; * Efficiently schedule on-site technical service visits, aligning with both customer and internal team availability; * Monitor and analyze equipment usage, identifying and recording any improper usage that may cause excessive wear or damage; * Issue reports and communications regarding irregular equipment usage; * Invoice additional costs related to improper usage, extra services, and overtime equipment usage; * Track fleet performance indicators (KPIs) for leased equipment—including availability, maintenance cost, and utilization rate; * Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their equipment and scheduled appointments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of service order scheduling and control (preventive and corrective); * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets (intermediate level) for tracking, analysis, and report generation; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with forklifts and material handling equipment; * Experience with fleet management systems; * Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes. **Additional Information** * Salary negotiable \+ Benefits package At TranspoTech, we’re driven by passion… **the passion to serve.** Each of us—the Orange Blood—carries deep pride in belonging to a company that goes beyond selling solutions.
