The role involves providing Level 3 technical support for incidents and service requests related to servers and systems, as well as monitoring jobs and tasks. The candidate will implement and maintain servers and applications across production, pre-production, development, and PCN environments, ensuring their proper operation. They will also analyze and approve new system versions, strictly adhering to information security and audit standards. Experience in virtualization server administration (VMware ESXi, VxRail, Hyper-V) and SharePoint is required. Responsibilities and Duties Administration, operation, and monitoring of IT environments (infrastructure, applications, and middleware).Provide Level 3 technical support for incident and service request tickets related to servers and applications.Monitor execution of jobs and tasks.Implement and maintain proper functioning of servers and applications in production, pre-production, development, and PCN environments.Analyze and approve new system versions.Comply with information security and audit requirements.Administration of virtualization servers (VMware ESXi, VxRail (HCI), and Hyper-V).SharePoint administration.Storage administration (Compellent, Pure Storage, Cisco S3260, Data Domain).Automation of routine tasks via scripts (PowerShell, Shell Script, Python).Develop strategies for service continuity, including Disaster Recovery procedures and environment policies.Handle incidents and requests in operations to meet ANS requirements.Knowledge of backup-related concepts, Veeam Backup operations, and validation of implemented backup routines.Mapping scheduled routines within the environment and ensuring their monitoring and execution in production.Apply update policies across DEV, HMG, PRD, and PCN environments to mitigate security risks.Generate and maintain documentation for client infrastructure and monitoring items.Ensure implementation and adherence to security policies, access management, and change management practices to mitigate risks to infrastructure operations. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. * Minimum 5 years of generalist infrastructure experience. * Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems; Cloud Computing in Azure and AWS environments. * VMware and Hyper-V virtualization. * Monitoring, backup, and restore tools. * Microsoft infrastructure components: MS365, DNS, DHCP, IIS, AD, NTFS file security. * Middleware configuration and operation (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, etc.). * Basic knowledge of SQL and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.). * Exchange Server, System Center Configuration Manager, System Center Operations Manager, System Center Service Manager, System Center Orchestrator, System Center Virtual Machine Manager, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint. * Familiarity with Cisco solutions (Data Center and Routing & Switching). * Knowledge of storage administration and management concepts (arrays, RAID, LUNs, snapshots, zoning, masking, initiators, targets, etc.) is a plus. * Intermediate English proficiency. Desirable Qualifications * Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy). * Knowledge of container orchestration. * Microsoft certifications will be considered as an advantage for candidates.
