Prospecting and Research: Identify and research potential customers and companies using social media (e.g., LinkedIn) and previous contact history to gather relevant information;
Lead Qualification: Participate in the initial stage of the sales funnel by evaluating whether leads (generated by marketing or active prospecting) possess the appropriate profile and interest to become customers;
Initial Contact: Make the first contact with leads—often via cold calls or personalized emails—to understand their needs and pain points;
Engagement and Follow-up: Maintain lead engagement through systematic follow-ups to ensure they remain ready for deeper conversations;
Meeting Scheduling: Sell the sales meeting to the lead and schedule an appointment with a team sales representative to continue the process;
CRM Entry: Document all lead interactions and information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to provide the sales team with a complete interaction history;
Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze personal performance metrics—such as the number of qualified leads—to optimize daily routines and overall performance.
