The **Systems Coordinator** will be responsible for coordinating people and enhancing systems, ensuring governance, security, integration, efficiency, innovation, and strategic use of artificial intelligence—guaranteeing planning, prioritization, quality, and responsible budget utilization—to deliver technology solutions that generate business value. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Manage budgets, costs, estimates, and ensure efficient use of IT resources. * Ensure quality in projects and operations, with predictable and standardized deliveries. * Leverage AI and intelligent automation to optimize processes and support decision-making. * Maintain governance aligned with ITIL, COBIT, LGPD, and security standards. * Negotiate priorities with internal departments and balance diverse expectations. * Drive technological evolution, automation, and system modernization. * Develop team competencies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; * MBA or Postgraduate degree in a related field is desirable; * Prior experience with Information Systems, Governance, and Project Management; * Experience managing teams. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Head Office.
