




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing customer portfolios, prospecting new cooperative members, preparing commercial proposals, and developing relationship-building and retention strategies. Involvement in credit operations and fund raising. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage the customer portfolio by identifying business opportunities and promoting the sale of products and services, including opening, updating, and closing checking accounts, savings accounts, and salary accounts. * Perform opening, updating, and closing of checking accounts, savings accounts, and salary accounts. * Conduct periodic visits to cooperative members to monitor satisfaction levels and identify potential improvements. * Conduct visits for prospecting new cooperative members. * Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. * Develop cooperative member relationship-building and retention strategies, promoting and participating in marketing initiatives and events. * Collaborate with internal departments of the cooperative to ensure delivery of solutions meeting members’ expectations. * Monitor cooperative and portfolio performance and results reports, supporting implementation of action plans to achieve targets. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to stay updated on products and services offered by the cooperative. * Execute all activities related to credit and fund-raising operations. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (e.g., in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields) * CPA certification (CPA-10 or CPA-20). * Availability for travel, training, and courses; * Knowledge of financial product and service marketing; * Prior experience in a financial institution (credit cooperative) is desirable; **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Cooperativism, Finance, or related fields. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Medical assistance, Gym membership assistance, Daycare assistance, Education assistance, Clothing allowance, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
