Coordination with various departments to execute services Job Description: * Provide customer service to individual and corporate clients regarding group and event requests via phone, e-mail, or online channels; * Prepare commercial proposals according to client needs, presenting terms, rates, and available services; * Register confirmed groups and events, ensuring accurate system entry; * Monitor option deadlines, room block periods, and reservation confirmation dates for groups, ensuring compliance with hotel policies; * Maintain frequent contact with clients to clarify doubts, adjust proposals, and align requirements; * Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other relevant departments to ensure proper execution of contracted services; * Assist in logistical and operational event planning, verifying special requirements and communicating information to internal teams; * Support coordination in payment verification, billing, and reporting related to groups and events; * Ensure records, contracts, and documents are organized per internal quality and service standards; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training sessions for the department, delivered via e-learning, in-person, or as directed by management.
