As a Commercial Supervisor, your mission will be to ensure every customer enjoys a unique and delightful experience. To achieve this, you will lead and develop the sales team, monitor goals and KPIs, ensure execution of commercial strategies, and foster a collaborative and motivating environment. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to service standards and operational processes, always focusing on excellence and company culture.
