Fitting RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals, offering human resource management solutions to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Perform end-to-end management of the industrial unit, accountable for business revenue, margin, and profitability. Integrate commercial, administrative/financial, production, assembly, PCP, procurement, and logistics departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Lead the unit’s strategic planning with emphasis on sustainable growth and long-term result sustainability. Control industrial costs, financial performance statements, cash flow, and annual budget, ensuring the economic and financial health of operations. Ensure productive efficiency, waste reduction, resource optimization, and continuous process improvement. Supervise production planning and control, delivery deadlines, and compliance with established quality standards. Lead managers and multidisciplinary teams, promoting development, goal alignment, and a high-performance culture. Support strategic negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners, and represent the company institutionally at meetings and events. Previous experience as General Director, Executive Manager, Operations Manager, or Unit Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
