**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Thoroughly understand the product mix within the area of operation; * Plan and supervise team activities; * Ensure product availability in the store; * Serve customers with respect, attention, courtesy, and motivation; * Register customer orders in the system, suggest add-ons, and review orders prior to finalization to ensure satisfactory customer selection; * Prepare requested products, adhering to execution and hygiene standards and procedures, ensuring product quality, consistency, and food safety; * Deliver products to customers, announcing and confirming items; * Perform general cleaning of the establishment, including equipment, to provide customers with a pleasant experience and comply with hygiene and standard requirements; * Support the reception, onboarding, and training of new employees as instructed; * Perform other related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must be at least 18 years old; * Must have completed high school and be currently enrolled in or have completed higher education; * Prior experience as a Store Manager; * Availability for a 6-days-on, 1-day-off work schedule; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Attention to detail and refined aesthetic sense.
