Strategic alignment between headquarters and branches. **Job Mission:** Ensure operational excellence across units under responsibility, guaranteeing compliance with company standards, strong branch manager performance, and process efficiency—directly contributing to results, growth, and strengthening of the network. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor branch managers' performance; * Conduct training, guidance, and local leadership development; * Perform operational, administrative, and process audits; * Verify inventory balances, controls, and performance indicators; * Plan, implement, and monitor procedures and standards defined by the company; * Ensure process and operational standardization across units; * Monitor goals, results, productivity, and service quality; * Support managers in resolving operational and strategic issues; * Prepare management reports and present key indicators to senior management; * Serve as the liaison between headquarters and branches, ensuring information and decision alignment. **Requirements:** * Willingness to travel; * Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Residence in any city within the West/SC region; * Prior experience in fuel stations will be considered a plus. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Company-provided vehicle; * Fuel allowance; * Corporate mobile phone. **Note:** The position includes a **hazard pay allowance**, as stipulated by current legislation. **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$4.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance Work Location: On-site
