**Job Description:** Develop in-depth knowledge of the product mix within the area of responsibility; Plan and supervise team activities; Ensure product availability in the store; Serve customers with respect, attentiveness, courtesy, and motivation. Register customer orders in the system, suggest add-ons, and review orders prior to finalization to ensure customers make satisfactory selections. Prepare requested products, adhering to execution standards, procedures, and hygiene requirements, ensuring product quality, consistency, and food safety. Support the reception, integration, and training of new employees as directed. Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Requirements:** High school diploma; College education in progress is a plus; Previous experience as a Store Manager; Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, if necessary; Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense; Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Compensation:** R$ 3,500.00 + Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher provided after the probationary period; Performance-based benefits. **Working Hours:** 8 hours per day 6-day workweek with 1 day off Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance
