We seek a committed professional with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, who can strategically manage freight, transportation, and logistics KPIs. Key responsibilities include: - Monitoring and scheduling receiving invoices (NF) for goods - Resolving pending issues with carriers and suppliers (shortages, overages, volume exchanges, and damages) - Tracking and managing returns (to customers and from suppliers) - Monitoring freight cost indicators (purchases and sales) - Conducting inbound and outbound freight quotations - Verifying and resolving discrepancies between billed and contracted freight - Supporting scheduling and monitoring of pickups as needed - Tracking pending delivery invoices to ensure on-time customer delivery - Performing delivery route planning - Managing carrier documentation (insurance, ANTT registration, and negative certificates) - Supporting the commercial team in freight contracting, deadline management, and delay resolution - Participating in continuous improvement projects related to freight and transportation - Adhering to internal procedures and standards (POP and SST), maintaining workplace organization and work tools **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields Prior experience in logistics and transportation Knowledge of freight routines and KPI tracking Strong analytical ability and organizational skills **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in freight negotiation Knowledge of route planning and logistics cost management Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics controls Experience with continuous improvement projects **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance of BRL 500.00 Company-provided lunch at the cafeteria Performance-based bonus Commuter allowance Life insurance Unimed health and dental plan Collaborative environment with growth opportunities **Work Location:** ---------------------- RZ REZZADORI & CIA LTDA - HEAD OFFICE **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 7:52 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:20 PM to 6:00 PM
