Monitor delinquency indicators and team performance. Negotiate with delinquent customers and support more complex cases. Ensure proper reconciliation of receivables and clearance of invoices. Prepare management reports and present results to senior management. Previous experience as a Collections Coordinator, Collections Manager, Receivables Supervisor, or Collections Leader may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
