Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Duties:** * Perform the seed drying process as directed by the immediate supervisor, removing the product from the specified silo/bunker and placing it at its designated destination; * Operate the seed treatment system; * Perform first-level maintenance on machines; * Prepare machines and equipment for operation; * Receive cultivars as directed by the coordinator/foreman, placing them at their designated destination; * Perform bagging of seeds sorted by sieve, verifying label information being affixed and ensuring correct weight per big bag or sack. * Perform or identify routine maintenance on machines and equipment; * Use appropriate materials to carry out tasks, maintaining organization and ensuring proper condition and adherence to usage procedures; * Clean sector equipment during cultivar changeover, achieving zero-grain level to prevent cultivar mixing. * Clean and store waste under safe conditions; * Test machines and equipment according to safety standards; * Lock out equipment in hazardous conditions; * Configure/adjust/modify machines and equipment; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness when performing tasks; * Feed wood into dryers; * Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Incomplete Elementary Education. * Must reside in the city of operation. * Prior experience in seed drying is desirable; **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Fuel allowance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher
