Focus on quality and workplace safety **Job Summary:** Responsible for operating laser cutting machines to process stainless steel sheets, ensuring precision, quality, and productivity in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut stainless steel sheets; * Interpret technical drawings, production orders, and cutting programs; * Perform machine setup (parameter adjustments, nozzle changes, focusing, gas settings, etc.); * Monitor the cutting process to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish of parts; * Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of produced parts; * Perform basic preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning; * Identify and report process failures or deviations; * Organize the workplace in compliance with safety standards and 5S principles; * Work in accordance with quality and occupational safety procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating laser cutting machines (preferably for stainless steel); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Basic knowledge of CNC programming (preferred); * Basic metrology knowledge (calipers, micrometers); * Commitment to safety standards. **Desired Competencies:** * Attention to detail; * Organization and discipline; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Responsibility and focus on quality. **Working Conditions:** * Industrial environment; * Exposure to noise and requirement to use PPE.
