User support and assistance with procedure documentation **About the Opportunity:** \> **Working Hours:** From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. \> **Work Location Address:** E\- Parque das Palmeiras, Chapecó – SC. **\> Employment Type:** CLT, fully on-site (when activated). **\> What We Are Looking For:** * Education: Completed or ongoing Technical or Bachelor's degree in IT; * Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Language: Portuguese and technical English; * Experience: 2 years. **\> Key Essential Job Responsibilities (Duties/Tasks):** * Hardware and equipment support and maintenance, including installation, configuration, relocation, and component replacement. * Installation, configuration, and support for operating systems and drivers. * Installation, updating, configuration, and support for applications and software. * File management, including backup, restoration, and data recovery. * Implementation of security measures, such as antivirus, firewall, updates, and digital certificates. * Printer support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting print issues. * Network and structured cabling support, including installation, testing, and maintenance of network points. * Telephony support, including extension configuration, testing, and maintenance. * System, server, link, and equipment monitoring, including opening and tracking technical service tickets. * User support and assistance, clarification of doubts, and procedure documentation. **Note:** Activities are presented in summary form.
