If you wish to join our team, don’t miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Register production volume in SAP according to the delivery note. * Ensure handling of pending materials in COGI (stock adjustment for correct material consumption in SAP) and ensure compliance with SOX controls (Delivery Note vs. SAP). * Print and archive Production Reporting Dossiers. * Process write-offs (losses exceeding scrap allowance) upon submission of supporting documentation (Reports). * Analyze consumption of consumables and raw materials. * Ensure reporting complies with the Technical Bill of Materials. * Print WM labels. * Perform reporting adjustments per Non-Conformance (NC) reports and using Form 4024\. * Guide Operations on correct completion of delivery notes. * List invoices and generate reports of invoices integrated into the SAP system; issue a blind invoice spreadsheet, a mandatory document for purchase receipt at the company. Resolve discrepancies among invoices, tax withholdings, and purchase order numbers. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed High School education.
