Develop, implement, and monitor performance and quality indicators of the area to contribute to business sustainability. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform software development using market-proven programming languages and technologies, applying architecture methodologies and standards, following technical specifications to meet business needs. * Apply best practices in security and data protection, adhering to secure development policies, ensuring compliance with information security standards and LGPD (General Data Protection Law); * Create and maintain technical documentation of developed software in GitLab and other tools whenever necessary to keep the team's knowledge base updated; * Monitor delivered solutions for the required time until stabilization according to software complexity, through daily checks in the database and production environment, to ensure the expected outcome; * Contribute to team performance through developed indicators, proactively acting to resolve and report to the team in case of non-conformities; * Contribute to building performance and quality indicators for the area using available tools to support the team in taking action to resolve incidents; * Develop new software, fixes, and improvements in existing software routines using methodologies and best practices applied in the department to deliver higher quality results; * Support and supervise activities carried out by junior-level staff, contributing to team development and adherence to departmental procedures and standards, improving delivery speed and quality; * Comply with standard operating and safety procedures within the company and at third-party sites (clients); * Ensure proper organization and maintenance of equipment and tools provided by the company; * Perform other related tasks as required by the position and the company, respecting organizational values and principles. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; Experience in the Information Technology field in the role of Fullstack Developer or similar; Complete mastery of programming languages for web, desktop, and mobile; Complete mastery of relational and NoSQL databases; Solid knowledge of architecture and design patterns, software development, and testing. **Additional information** For **30 years**, operating in the transportation market, we are aware of our commitment across multiple areas—social, environmental, and economic.
