




Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing calibrations, developing procedures, issuing reports, and ensuring metrological traceability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the development and review of technical calibration procedures 2. Perform calibrations on instruments internally and at customer sites 3. Identify and communicate nonconformities and improvement opportunities * Support the development and review of technical calibration procedures; * Properly handle, preserve, and store reference standards and instruments; * Comply with internal procedures and requirements of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025; * Issue certificates and reports containing results, uncertainties, and technical observations; * Ensure metrological traceability to national and international standards; * Follow safety, quality, and environmental regulations; * Identify and communicate nonconformities and improvement opportunities; * Participate in internal and external audits; * Perform calibrations on instruments both at company facilities and at customer sites (external environment); * Maintain up-to-date calibration histories and equipment control records; * Workplace organization: Keep the workplace organized and within controlled environmental conditions; * Incident handling: Handle incidents efficiently, ensuring prompt and effective resolution; * Suggest continuous improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency; * Collaborate on organizing and standardizing administrative activities within the department; * Provide support for other departmental tasks as required; * Comply with company institutional guidelines.
