So, **what will you be doing?** * \- Manage employee benefits (enrollments, cancellations, maintenance); \- Generate variables from time cards for work schedule control and keep managers informed of discrepancies; \- Control and calculate vacations, 13th salary, overtime, and contract terminations; \- Monitor employee vacation expiration dates and support managers with scheduling; \- Provide support to employees and managers on payroll, benefits, and labor rights issues; \- Technically guide and train the team in the area; \- Maintain document control for employees and service providers (medical exams, onboarding documents, registration updates); \- Analyze and suggest improvements to HR payroll processes, aiming for optimization and compliance with market best practices; \- Prepare management reports for immediate management decision\-making, as required; \- Calculate and verify payroll and tax payment slips; \- Verify the payroll transmission file sent to banks; \- Monitor collective bargaining agreements and conventions, correctly applying their impact on payroll; \- Organize documentation and support Management during audits and inspections by MTE, MPT, DRT, RFB, and other entities; \- Organize documentation and support Management and/or Legal Department in labor lawsuits, acting as company representative when necessary; \- Support accounting reconciliation of payroll and benefits events; \- Develop and update, jointly with Management, Policies and Processes for the HR Payroll subsystem.
